Packages
Weekend package
Includes Friday 10 am-10 pm (rehearsal, use of barn for rehearsal dinner, decorating) and all day Saturday 9 am -11:30 pm, Clean up by 2 PM on Sunday.

Parties, Reunions and other Events

$ 500.00 dollar deposit to book. Remainder of payment is due 60 days before event. Payment plan is offered.

$300.00 Damage/Cleaning deposit is due 30 days before event. If no damage occurs, this will be returned within 3 days after the wedding. If clean up is not adequate then partial or all of the damage deposit will not be returned.

Clean up is your responsibility unless you would like to hire clean up. There will be a list to go by for clean up. ​

Option to hire clean up for wedding is $300, this does not include rehearsal dinner.

If there is going to be alcohol at your event there will be a $125.00 liquor liability required 2 weeks before event. This is not an option if alcohol present, it is mandatory.
